Mail Order Policy

To place a mail order call the HerbMart Terrell location at 972-551-0765. You will need to know what items you are wanting to order. We will take your payment over the phone. Payment is required before we will ship any items.

We try to ship all mail orders as quickly as possible but no later than 10 days of receipt of the order.  If the order will take longer, we will try to contact you to let you know there is a delay and why.  Changes made to mail orders after the initial order is received will cause delays in shipping.  Additionally, there is a limit 12 of any one item and a limit of 36 total items to any one mail order.

NOTE THESE IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:

Mail orders are limited to items that can be shipped via the US Postal Service within the United States. (Sorry, we cannot ship internationally at this time.)

We do not ship grocery items or liquids.

Our shipping and handling fee schedule is as follows:

• Orders up to $50.00               $11.00
• Orders $50.01 to $100.00       $19.00
• Orders $100.01 to $150.00      $27.00
• Orders $150.01 to $200.00     $35.00
• Orders $200.01 to $250.00     $43.00
• Orders $250.01 to $300.00     $51.00
• Orders $300.01 to $350.00     $59.00
• Orders $350.01 to $400.00     $65.00
• Orders over $400.01               $73.00

There is an additional $1 per 8oz shipping surcharge on items that come in 8oz or larger sizes like protein powders.
