We want our loyal HerbMart Customers to be 100% Satisfied with the product purchased from us so we offer the following return policy:
HerbMart will gladly give a full refund for all regularly stocked items returned with an HerbMart itemized receipt within 90 calendar days of purchase. Open returned Items require a valid reason why the product is being returned. The product cannot be out-of-date unless there is proof the product was purchased out-of-date. An HerbMart Itemized Receipt is required on all returns.
If the item was purchased with a check, only store credit will be given in the first 14 days of purchase. (This is to give the check a chance to clear.) Store credits must be used the day they are issued.
HerbMart will not accept the return of special order items, discontinued items or items marked down for quick sale. The only exception is when there is a defect in the product that is brought to our attention within 14 days of purchase with the itemized HerbMart Sales Receipt.
