Curbside service allows customers to place orders for non-perishable goods and prepay for them over the phone. We bring the items purchased out to the customer’s car for them. These orders have to follow these guidelines:
- There will be a 5% service fee for all purchases.
- If the customer calls and we do not have the staff to be able to handle a phone order at that time, the customer must be willing to leave us their name and number so we can call them back to handle their purchase at a later time.
- The customer will need to provide us with their credit card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC code, billing address and phone number associated with that credit card.
- The customer will only be able to purchase non-perishable items. We cannot sell items over the phone that come out of a refrigerator or freezer.
- The customer must know what they want to buy. We will not be able to personal shop for the customer, i.e. decide between several different items for them to purchase.
- The purchase must be picked up during open store hours. If the purchase is not picked up in a reasonable amount of time, we will refund the customer the amount of the purchase minus the 5% service fee and return the product to the shelves.
- The customer will need to give us a call when they arrive at the store so we can bring the items out to the customer’s car.
